How do I change or cancel my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at: [email protected] and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made. Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period of time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Applicable Case:
All products are made-to-order, it will only quality for return, replacement or exchange if the item is:
- Significantly different from the description or sample shown to you;
- Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
- Not what you ordered;
If your purchase meets the above criteria, please contact us at: [email protected] to start the complaint process. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Photos of the whole product front and back
- Photo of the shipping label
Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because of the item that does not fit you. Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after receiving your order. Once an item has been received in normal condition, it cannot be returned.
Our refund policy only last 10 days since your item was received. If 10 days have gone by since your item was received, unfortunately, we can’t accept a refund requirement after that
Do you exchange or return products?
We do not support product return products services. If your refund request is approved, we will refund your order amount.
